Rentals

General provisions

We rent our apartments for a minimum of one week. Rates include final cleaning , change of sheets and towels every week, preliminary groceries that should be adequate to provide for breakfast and assistance from our staff. Water, gas, a/c (where available) and electricity are also included.

Payment and booking conditions

To book one of our apartment or houses please contact us, fill out the booking request specifying dates, location and accommodation preference, number of people and payment method. If the accommodation is available, our office will reply to your email will all the date regarding the reservation and all the details necessary for your stay. The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the 30% of the total cost. We will issue your booking contract and a receipted invoice upon receipt of payment.

The remaining 70% is due on the day of arrival through cash.

Payment by credit card can be accepted only via Paypal. There are additional bank charges of 5% if you pay via Paypal.

Arrival and departure

It is advised to contact our staff at least 3 days before arrival to organize meeting time and location for pick-up. For arrival delays exceeding 30 minutes, please contact our office. Upon request it is possible to reserve a taxi for pick up at the airport. Taxi transfer for rental contracts is excluded. Upon arrival, our staff will give you all the necessary information regarding your accommodations. Our staff will also ask for a security deposit and your outstanding balance. The day of your departure, the apartment or house should be vacated by 11:00 a.m. Our staff will check the state of the accomodations and will return to you the security deposit if not damage is found.

Security deposit

We require a security deposit in the amount of £350 (522EU). Such deposit will be return to you at the end of your stay, less expenses for any damages or losses. This amount is due on the arrival date to our staff representative and can be paid by credit card or cash. Our staff will not release the key to the apartment or house without first receiving the deposit. In a situation in which you are forced to leave our accommodation before our staff has inspected it for damages, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit until we have had a reasonable opportunity to conduct an inspection.

Group size

We reserve the right to refuse service to groups whose size exceeds the number indicated in the booking request or the number. Only upon authorization can guests other than those indicated on the booking confirmation use or sleep in the accommodations.

Cleaning

Upon arrival you will find the apartment clean and neat. Change of sheets and towels every week, and final cleaning is included.

Cancellation policy

From 30 days before departure we will reimburse to you the entire sum of the deposit minus £100 (149EU) to cover administrative expenses. From 30 to 15 days before departure, we will reimburse 50% of the deposit. If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the beginning of the vacation, no refunds are available.

Policies for our customers

All the rules concerning quiet time should be respected. Please take special care to excessive noise from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed in our apartments and houses, unless specifically agreed upon. In the event the regulations are not adhered to, our staff will reserve the right to demand the accommodation vacated immediately, without any refund. A supplement will be charged in case the assistance of our staff is required for unjustified reasons or reason out of our control. We also ask our guests to follow the municipal policies regarding garbage collection (to be collected in the provided bins) and the policies regarding recyclable materials.

Responsibilities

In case of technical problems or unsatisfactory cleaning of the premises, please do not hesitate to contact our office or our staff to solve the issue in the shortest time possible. Please allow our staff the necessary time to address the issue. In the event you vacate the apartment or house without contacting our office or staff, we have the right to deny any reimbursement. We are not responsible for personal injury, damages or loss of personal items and luggage.

Fishing excursions

General provisions

We organize fishing excursions with “all-inclusive” packages. Unless specified and agreed, the rate for the packages includes all the services (transfer and transportation, hotel or apartment, meals, guides, boats etc) necessary.

Reservations

To make a reservation, please send us an email with your information (name, last name, phone/fax, email, number of participants, package desired, and dates). We will respond promptly to your email with our availability. If you’d like to plan a new itinerary, please indicate your preferences and dates on the email. We will inform you briefly after receiving your request on the availability and , if requested, details for a personalized fishing vacation.

Payment

A deposit for each participant is due within 7 days from the finalization of your itinerary. Upon receipt of the deposit, as a receipt, we will send you a voucher that you will give to our staff representative upon arrival. The remainder is due on the day of arrival via credit card or cash. In the event we don’t receive the deposit within 7 days from the confirmation of the itinerary, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the dates of all the packages due to inclement weather or other unforeseen problems beyond our control. In case of cancellation for such reasons, your deposit will be reimbursed. If during your stay, we are required to cancel a fishing excursion(s) for such reasons, we will reimburse you the cost of the boat and guide rental, but will not reimburse the cost of the accommodation, transfers and administrative expenses. We are not responsible for personal injury, damages or loss of personal items and luggage.
